We are a group of former Marines, Police Detectives, Army Special Forces, Federal Police Officers, Combat Medics, and Security Contractors. 

But, most importantly, we are fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters that want to protect our family and help you protect yours! 

Mr. Hunnicutt, CPD served 24 years in the security field, his experience spans VIP/executive dignitary protection, Federal law enforcement, and large-scale military missions. With fine-tuned strategic thinking skills and strong business acumen, He brings diligence, professionalism, and many years of expertise to Tactical Trash Pandas.

Before founding Tactical Trash Pandas, Mr. Hunnicutt held various high-level security roles for the U.S. Department of State. As a result, He obtained Top Secret security clearances and was awarded the prestigious Presidential Service Badge for distinguished Protective Service Security.

Tonya Terry

Tonya has worked in law enforcement for over twenty years. Tonya started her career in law enforcement with the DeKalb County Police Department. During her 12-year career, she worked as a Police Officer, Field Training Officer, and Detective. Tonya trained more than one hundred newly graduated police officers and supervised and assisted with the Executive Protection of high-profile individuals.

Tonya continued her career protecting others overseas for Eleven years in Baghdad, Iraq, and Kabul, Afghanistan, she held various positions such as Protective Security Detail Member, Civilian Police Lead Advisor/Lead Instructor and Logistics Advisor/Team Lead Mentor, where she managed, supervised, and provided leadership over the only stand-alone Women’s Police Corps Academy basic training program.

During her tenure at the Department of State/Triple Canopy, she was the Head of the protective security operations Personal Security Detail and Emergency Response Team. She managed a large team during complex missions. She also partnered with the U.S. Secret Service and United Nations security service to coordinate security protocols and responses to high-risk situations.

Jerry (Village) Towns

With over fourteen years of experience in the military, diplomatic protection, and executive security services, Mr. Towns specializes in providing executive protection, private investigations, tactical education, military training, weapons instruction, and security consultant services.

Mr. Towns Joined the Marine Corps in the late Eighties where he reached the rank of SGT. He completed his active duty tour with a special operations unit ANGLICO departing the Marine Corps in the Mid Nineties.

Matthew (Doc) Miller

With over 20 years of Military, Security, Executive Protection, and Emergency Medicine. Mr. Miller’s professional experience began in the Marine Corps where he learned the discipline for the security field. He later worked as a security officer at NASA while he was attending college to pursue a career as a Paramedic.

His Paramedic background would take him to a career with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department in Maryland and as a Flight Medic with the Maryland Army National Guard. During his military career, he was deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom twice.

His first tour was with a Medevac Unit where he was the Senior Flight Medic, Non-Rated Flight Instructor, and Non-Rated Standardization Instructor. He also was the primary instructor teaching flight medicine to Physicians and Nurses used in flight operations within the Theater of Operations. During his second tour, he was assigned to an Infantry Company as the Company Medic.

Muhammad (Shadow) Bilal

Mr Bilal became a NCO in the military, graduated the U.S. Army's Special Forces Weapons Sergeant "Q Course", and eventually became a master level military instructor who wrote Infantry Battle Doctrine for the U.S. Army. Traveled to over 30 countries around the world, including sites in the middle east; the Great Pyramids of Egypt, swam the Red Sea, climbed Moses Mountain and saw the actual Burning Bush. A Retired Military Combat Veteran, who then served almost seven more years in Iraq on the U.S. State Department's (DoS) WPPS/WPS HTP program in a extremely high threat environment culminating with his successful service on the U.S. Ambassador to Iraq's Personal Protection Detail (APD).

Fredrick White, Jr

Mr. White has over 28 years of experience in the military, diplomatic protection, and executive security services. Mr. White retired after twenty years of military service and four combat tours; this allowed him to develop the advanced social and operational skills that have proven to be valuable as a Training Instructor in Executive/Dignitary Protective Operations.

Mr. White began Security contracting as an Anti-terrorism Force Protection Specialist in Afghanistan and conducted threat assessments of company force protection security measures.

Mr. White was the Worldwide Protection Specialist WPS (Worldwide Protective Services) Tactical Weapons training instructor with over 16 plus years of expert technical and tactical knowledge of small unit tactics and weapons systems.


Detective Doc

Det. Doc has over 20 years of experience in military, celebrity, diplomatic protection, private investigation, federal law enforcement, and security consulting services. 

Det. Doc’s professional experience as a Senior Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) with Infantry & Army Special Forces, SRT (SWAT) SRT Phase II (SWAT Sniper) PSD (Protective Service Detachment) has made him a subject matter expert in the field of small unit tactics,
